1. Can she sense their presence? Absolutely!
2. Is there anything she'd notice? Very strong magical presence, with possibly an aura of fire and/or chains. Also if she can get a read on souls, his has been damaged and then (slightly imperfectly) mended. Also he is, if not wholly immortal, then very long-lived.
3. Can she shield your character? Sure
